White Sand Triathlon takes place on the Gulf Coast of Panama City Beach. We hope the Spring and Fall races become must-do events on your calendar. This USAT sanctioned sprint triathlon is a 600 m Gulf of Mexico Swim, 16 mile gulf coast bike ride, and 5k run. The course includes parts of two major triathlon events, Gulf Coast Triathlon and Florida Ironman.

There will be an opportunity at packet pick up for any athlete interested to buy into the first waves. For $5 women, will get a six minute head start on the men and the first three participants in the "buy in" waves will split the money. Gender and age do not matter for this wave.
